We also note that if you were to submit a valid request for documents, that request would be very similar to your previous request, FOI 67328, in which you were issued a practical refusal decision. Please find the notice of decision attached. It is likely that a valid request for documents would also attract a practical refusal reason for the same reasons set out in the attached notice of decision.

BACKGROUND

AusIndustry (Support for Business) is entrusted with the business grant hub (whole-of-government grant administration).
REQUEST
For each Department Division from 1 January 2016 until 1 January 2020, I am requesting A-C as follows- A. Number of completed fraud risk assessments as per s 6 and s 7.6 of the Fraud and Corruption Control Plan 2018-20 (FCCP).
B. Number of completed fraud audits as per s 14.2 of the FCCP C. Number of completed fraud detection compliance reviews as per s 14.4 of the FCCP.
A simple report with these numbers will suffice.
