To whom it may concern,

As agreed, since FOI 66872 has been completed, I am submitting this FOI request.

I am requesting a document with monthly data for the entrepreneur program incubator support initiative ('new and existing incubators') under the freedom of information act.

The document should be a spreadsheet with a monthly entry for each state since this program began including:
* Number of regional applications lodged
* Number of metro applications lodged
* Total ISI regional funding eventually approved (after committee/minister consideration)
* Total ISI metro funding eventually approved (after committee/minister consideration)
* Total additional co-funding from state government sources for projects that were eventually approved
* Total additional co-funding from other Commonwealth government sources for projects that were eventually approved

For example a spreadsheet similar to these columns and rows underneath.

Year, Month, State, Regional applications lodged, Metro applications lodged, Regional ISI funding approved, Metro ISI funding approved, State co-funding, Commonwealth co-funding
2016, September, WA, 2, 2, $500,000, $500,000, $100,000, $100,000
2016, September, NSW, 2, 0, $500,000, 0 $100,000, $50,000
...
2016, October, QLD, 0, 1, 0, $500,000, $50,000, $50,000
2016, October, NT, 2, 4, $500,000, $1,000,000, $100,000, 0
...
And so on until today.
