I request a copy of the contract signed between the department of the Treasury, and Ernst & Young; associated with tender ID CN3681381.

Given the large amount of money involved with this tender, I ask that a public interest in the transparency of this matter be recognised, and the ordinarily applicable FOI fee be waived in this instance.
