I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 received on 10 August 2019.

 

On 16 August 2019, the University advised you that your request was not valid in its current form and further clarification was required.

 

On 10 September 2019, a reminder was sent again seeking further clarification. In both emails you were advised that if no response was received, the University intended to commence the formal consultation process.

 

On 24 September 2019, the University provided you with the formal consultation notification where you were notified that you had 14 days to respond or your request would be considered to be withdrawn.

 

Accordingly, as no response has been received after the conclusion of the 14 day time frame, your request is now considered to be withdrawn.
