The attached Food Activity Reports for the 2015 and 2016 financial years provide most of the information you have requested.  The 2014 report has not been located within Council’s electronic document management system and I am making enquiries within the responsible area of Council and also with the NSW Food Authority to obtain a copy of the 2014 report.

How many warning were issued each year and how many fines each year?

What percentage of all food outlets did the council inspect each year?  

Have any outlets been shut down for non-compliance and if so what for and how many?

What were the worst offences/biggest fines for each year?
