I’ve sent through a formal acknowledgement of your internal reviews to your ‘right to know’ email address. My apologies in the lateness of following up on your email of the 22^nd September 2016. Determinations on your internal reviews are currently being worked on.

With regards to your request to send determinations to the new email address, I am certainly happy to oblige, and will ensure that all future determinations will be directed there. However, it is our preference to continue using SecureFile to send determinations; it has a better receipt function and also allows us to send large files. Could you please advise your concerns with the use of SecureFile, so I can take those into consideration?
