Subject: Freedom of Information Request – Agreement delivers clear path forward for Nicheliving homeowners

Dear FOI Coordinator,

I am writing to request access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (WA).

I seek access to the following documents:

A copy of the agreement between the Western Australian Government and Nicheliving (Projex Management & Construction Pty Ltd) regarding its exemption from Home Indemnity Insurance liability, as referenced in the WA Government's media statement dated 11 October 2024 titled '"Agreement delivers clear path forward for Nicheliving homeowners"

Timeframe: 30 days

I request documents created between 1 January 2024 and 13 February 2025

Preferred Format:

I would prefer to receive electronic copies via email. If electronic copies are unavailable, please provide hard copies."

Fee Waiver Request:

If any processing fees apply, I request a fee waiver/reduction under the Act on the basis of public interest and financial hardship.

If parts of the requested documents are exempt under the Act, I request access to the non-exempt sections.
