I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 
(FOI Act) received on 10 February 2025. 
 
On 10 February 2025, you requested for:  
 
“Copies of all ART decisions made since 14 October 2024 which include the phrase 
"Applied Behaviour Analysis". 
  
I seek copies of all such decisions, regardless of whether they have been published 
or withheld from publication.” 
  
On 13 February 2025, you agreed to revise the scope to: 
 
"Copies of all ART decisions in the NDIS jurisdictional area finalised by hearing made 
since 14 October 2024 which include the phrase 'applied behaviour analysis' 
regardless of whether they have been published or withheld from publication.” 
 
We received your request on 10 February 2025 and the 30-day statutory period for 
processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore 
expect a decision from us by 12 March 2025. The 30-day period may be extended if we need 
to consult other parties or for other reasons permitted under the FOI Act.  
 
Please note that information released under the FOI Act may later be published online on our 
disclosure log, subject to certain exceptions. Personal information, for example, will not be 
published where this would be unreasonable.
