I refer to your request, dated and received by Services Australia (the Agency) on 31 January 
2025, for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act). 
The Agency acknowledged your request via return email on 7 February 2025. In this email 
we advised that the Agency has administrative access arrangements ('the arrangements') for 
the release of certain documents and sought your agreement to receive documents, where 
appropriate, under these arrangements.
