‘2. The number of draft decision checks undertaken by lawyers employed by the 
Administrative Review Tribunal for each member of the Tribunal from 14 October 
2024 until 24 January 2025.’ 
We received your request on 29 January 2025 and the 30 day statutory period for processing 
your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a 
decision from us by 28 February 2025. The 30 day period may be extended if we need to
