We refer to your emails dated 6 December 2024 where you expanded the scope of your FOI request 
and agreed to a 10 day extension of �me to the processing period pursuant to sec�on 15AA of the 
FOI Act to cover the ATO Christmas shut down period. 
We are seeking your agreement to a further 20 day extension of �me to the processing period, 
pursuant to sec�on 15AA of the FOI Act, as a result of the expansion of the scope of your request. 
This would make the due date of your request 4 February 2025. Of course, we wil  endeavour to 
provide you with a decision sooner than this date if possible.
