Around 1353, there was significant smoke coming from the

outside of the middle carriage in velocity 57 (TD 8023 to
Bendigo) I contacted the driver, who let me know we were
going to get to Gisborne station (1 minute away) and she would
check it out.
I stepped off the train at Gisborne, and there was lots of smoke
and oil pouring out of the top of the train. I myself got covered in
oil.
The driver shut off the engines, and proceeded to fault find. I
contacted IOC and they arranged buses from Gisborne to
Bendigo.
Coaches arrived at Gisborne approx 1500 all customers on
coaches by 1516. (ATTACHMENT - see investigations tab)
