Logo use
Each Court and the Tribunal have their own logo set:
Federal Court of Australia
Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
National Native Title Tribunal
Some of the logos have design variations including 'stacked' and 'long'. Court logos

All requests for logos should be submitted through the communications request form
The request must also include details of the proposed use of the logo.
Communications should be consulted on all external uses of any of the courts' logos.
Communications has the right to refuse use of the courts' logos, if they feel it will impact negatively on
the image of the courts. Before making a request to Communications consider the implications of the
courts being associated with the branded material/event.

Using the Commonwealth Coat of Arms
Restrictions apply to the reproduction of the Coat of Arms. Refer to the guidelines or use one of the
designs available in the Federal Court Image Gallery.
