(TEQSA) on 11 October 2024. You have specifically requested access under the 
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to the following:

schedules, exhibits, addendums, annexes or similar material) filed by the CEO of 
TEQSA in Chief Executive Officer of the Tertiary Education Quality and 
Standards Agency v Chegg, Inc. (Federal Court case number NSD1427/2024).

2.  I am authorised to make decisions under subsection 23(1) of the FOI Act. 
3.  I have identified the following 2 documents that falls within the scope of your request.
