Criteria:
MEA Delegate Endorsement status is Approved; AND
MEA Decision date is within the reporting period.
For Banning order, Conditions on registration and Suspended registration - BSP registration group is approved and Registration status is Approved or Suspended 
For Refusal of registration - Application status for BSP registration group is Refused and Application type for BSP registration group is New, Renewal or Re-registration 
For Revocation of Registration - BSP registration group is approved and Registration status is Revoked  
Registration status is Approved or Suspended in reporting period.
One compliance matter can have multiple enforcement actions
One provider can have multiple MEAs applied
