Dear FOI Officer,

I am writing to formally request access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth). This request concerns the specific contract identified as CN4089371, which was executed between the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and The Martinez HWL Practice Trust for the provision of legal services.
