Thank for your request. We have previously released documents in response to a similarly worded 
request in 2017, when the ATO commenced using its disclosure log to communicate FOI decisions 
for the RightToKnow website. Please see decision 1-D07WJF5 issued November 2017 on the ATOs

propose to release these same documents again, given they are publicly available. 
The only other material which relates to this subject matter was generated in the course of an OAIC 
complaint investigation, which was finalised in 2019. Please let us know if you wish to request this
