Dear NT Department of Housing,
The headlines of an article in the NT News today (I don't subscribe, can't open) got my attention today.
In the late 1980's I operated on Bathurst Island and it cost then about $350k to build a 3-bedroom house at Nguiu.
Sometime in the early 2000's I read an article in The Australian and the cost was over $1M.
I would like to know what the cost today is and ask for details of the last tender accepted.
