From: Ben Fairless <xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx>
To: FOI requests at National Portrait Gallery of Australia <xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xx>

Dear National Portrait Gallery of Australia,

I understand your gallery has a portrait of Ms. Rinehart in your possession.

This is a request for documents related to the acquisition of these artworks, as well as any documents related to objections of the artwork being displayed.

Where relevant, any correspondence or documents related to the conditions upon which artwork may be displayed in the gallery are also included in the scope of my request.

I would also like to include any documents related to media requests on this topic in the last three months.

To assist in processing this request, I’m happy to consider as irrelevant direct contact information of individuals. If you feel any additional information could be redacted which would make processing this request easier please let me know and I’m happy to consider modifying my request.

If possible, please consider processing this request administratively. If this isn’t possible, please consider it a formal request.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Fairless
