Freedom of Information Request 012/23/24 – Notice of Access Decision 1. I refer to the application by The FOI People via the website Right to Know under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) seeking access to:
All public speeches made by the Minister of Defence that contain a condemnation
about the killing of children in the occupied Palestinian Territories, specifically in
East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip since the 7th October 2023. I
require all drafts and final versions of these speeches.

request.
