Subject: Freedom of Information request - Investigation Removal of Native Vegetation - 398 Sugarloaf Rd
From: Ebony Rutzou <xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx>
To: FOI requests at Greater Bendigo City Council <xxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx>

Dear Greater Bendigo City Council,

We as land owners requested follow-up regarding the removal of native vegetation (Cassinia arcuata) on 398 Sugarloaf Rd, Axedale, by our neighbor Michelle Soler.

It was apparently investigated by officer Ray Chalkey, whom determined that a permit was not required due to its age. We requested from Mr Chalkey how this was determined, and we received no further correspondence.

As such we submit this request regarding how the age of the Cassinia arcuata was determined.

Yours faithfully,

Ebony Rutzou
