I refer to your request received by Services Australia (the Agency) for access to documents 
under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act). 
 
The Agency has administrative access arrangements ('the arrangements') for the release of 
certain documents. The arrangements do not extend to information of third parties or staff 
details.

On 7 May 2023, you requested ‘a complete copy of the departments Freedom of Information 
(FOI) logs for the period 2013-2023’.  These documents are publicly available.
