On reference to it by WorkCover Queensland of a claim for compensation by a worker, the Tribunal determines whether the matters alleged in the application constitute an injury and, if so, the nature of the injury; whether an incapacity for work resulting from the injury is total or partial, permanent or temporary; and if it is permanent, the nature and degree of the impairment.
