On behalf of the Medical Board of Australia, the Queensland Board of the Medical Board of Australia is established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009. Its functions include making individual registration and notification decisions of medical practitioners based on national policies and standards, on behalf of the Medical Board of Australia.
