Section 11 of the Product Stewardship for Oil Act 2000 (the Act) establishes the Oil Stewardship Advisory Council (OSAC). The role of OSAC is to provide the Minister with advice in relation to matters relating to oil recycling, the product stewardship arrangements for oil and the state of the oil industry.
